From 1998 Deacoy started spinning techno and house or even more experimental stuff in and around Brussels. But soon came the urge to try and make some sounds of his own. Fastracker 2 and sampling a stack of old vinyl’s opened up a new world.
Later on he started the Brussels based crew named Nihilium Defense which organized underground parties in and around Brussels and invited the artists Subhead, Sibegg, Hellfish ,Sickboy and many more.
His first releases were on the Brussels label Je m’en Fish (remix).
Later Deacoy teamed up with Halosinus, a 3-headed experimental music group that played in and around Belgium.
He also spend some time with the cool people of Bugklinik records from Ghent who released some amazing stuff, playing at their parties.
Producing, playing or listening to music is what its all about for him.
After a break till 2008 focusing on software engineering,
Deacoy now is exhilarated to be part of the new Label Fold Records and has found some great producers he is excited to work with and release their music.
